Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
• Experience creating solutions benefiting both company and customers.
• Familiarity with SAP CRM and TM is a plus.

Responsibilities
