Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr

About The Role

As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will expedite the final stages of customer loan applications. This includes detailed verification of loan documents, clearing final stipulations before funding, and discussing loan offers with customers to ensure they are placed in the right products. You will work directly with the Customer Onboarding Management team to provide process improvements and feedback, demonstrating the ability to thrive in our fast-paced, growing department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct timely and accurate review of loan stipulations to ensure funding meets or exceeds expectations and service standards.
  • Recognize and effectively communicate consumer loan products to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Engage with customers using proper phone etiquette, making a positive first impression of Reprise Financial.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the verification process.
  • Identify opportunities to increase verification process efficiencies.
  • Verify identity, address, social security number, employment, auto insurance, vehicle value, lien and title, analyze proof of income, and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate potential fraud risks.
  • Provide exceptional service through daily interactions with internal and external customers, including written and verbal communication with Analysts, Outbound Sales, Underwriting, and Management.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge, And Expertise
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two or more years of funding, loan verification, or underwriting experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) desirable.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Passionate about delivering top-notch service.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for customer success.
Location

This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You may visit our office in Irving, TX, at your convenience. All team members must reside in approved locations by their start date.

Compensation

The hourly rate is $20-$22, depending on experience. The role is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
