InRule is seeking a Customer Onboarding Manager to ensure our customers experience a seamless transition from sale to first value. In this pivotal role, you will create and execute onboarding plans, oversee the entire implementation process, and proactively resolve any roadblocks to customer success. You will develop a repeatable software onboarding program to enhance efficiency and improve the overall customer experience. This role emphasizes delivering fast and repeatable customer value. You will collaborate across the organization, ensuring alignment between Sales, Customer Experience, and the Product team on the customer journey to success. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute an onboarding plan for customers, including a strategy to help them achieve value as quickly as possible
  • Lead and manage the process of transitioning customers from sale to first value, collaborating closely with them to achieve their goals, and ensuring a positive experience
  • Manage and maintain project scope, timelines, and budget for each customer implementation
  • Identify and resolve technical and non-technical roadblocks preventing customers from meeting project requirements, proactively removing blockers to success
  • Develop a repeatable software onboarding program to enhance onboarding efficiency and improve customer experience
  • Partner closely with Customer Success to solidify a customer success plan with mutually defined business outcomes that achieve customer objectives and milestones
  • Administer product training to customer stakeholders; proactively providing additional training when areas of opportunity are identified
  • Provide feedback to the Product Management team on current or desired product features
Desired Skills and Experiences
  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience managing software implementations for customer IT teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses both technical and business acumen
  • Natural problem solver
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, uncertainty, and autonomy
  • Quick learner, always looking to learn more
  • Passion for technology and being part of a fast-growing company
