Job description

The Onboarding Manager will play a key strategic role in driving user success and helping Orum users unlock the full potential of our platform.

This role is suited for experienced customer-facing professionals with 2+ years in sales, customer success, or training enablement, with potential career paths in Sales Engineering or Customer Success Management. The ideal candidate will combine technical knowledge with excellent communication skills to ensure users understand and leverage our platform effectively.

Salary: Up to $100,000 OTE at plan (80k base / 20k variable). We will match your experience with our offer. We value your time and aim to provide a transparent process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging group training sessions on Orum’s platform and best practices.
  • Develop deep product expertise to serve as a trusted resource for customers.
  • Collaborate across teams to improve onboarding and customer experience.
  • Evaluate and optimize training processes continuously.
Must-Have
  • Proven experience in cold calling; familiarity with Orum platform is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales engagement tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Nice-To-Have
  • Experience with Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce.
  • Experience training users in SaaS environments.
  • Experience creating onboarding content like blogs, videos, and articles.
