The Onboarding Manager Role

This strategic role focuses on driving user success and helping Orum users unlock the full potential of our AI-powered live conversation platform.

This position is ideal for experienced customer-facing professionals with 2+ years in sales, customer success, or training enablement. The candidate should combine technical platform knowledge with excellent communication skills to ensure users understand and are inspired to leverage our platform to boost sales performance.

Salary

Up to $100,000 OTE at plan (with an $80k base and $20k variable). We offer a competitive package based on experience, respecting your time and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging group training sessions on Orum’s platform and best practices
  • Develop comprehensive product expertise, becoming a trusted resource for customers on Orum’s product suite and integrated technologies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs, incorporate feedback, and enhance onboarding experiences
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize training processes to improve customer satisfaction
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Proven success in cold calling; familiarity with the Orum platform is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Exceptional communication and webinar presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Experience with Orum’s supported CRM integrations: Outreach, SalesLoft, HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce
  • Experience in SaaS user training or enablement
  • Experience creating onboarding content such as blogs, webinars, and knowledge articles
