Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-focused environment, office administration, data entry, or similar operations coordinator role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service-related activities to drive customer success (order materials, lifts, schedule technicians).
• Open and manage service tickets; verify client details and update systems.
• Provide updates in client portals and perform pre-call notifications as needed.
• Track labor spending and monitor technician schedules to meet budgets and SLAs.
• Resolve issues with technicians over the phone and triage escalations as needed.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
