Job summary

Kirkland's is seeking a Sales Leader in Sevierville, TN to drive customer-focused selling with strong product knowledge and presentation. You will work with the Store Manager to execute store plans and coach the team to deliver exceptional in-store and online shopping experiences.

In this role you will model excellent customer interactions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure standards for merchandise presentation, pricing accuracy, and inventory. Weekend/evening availability required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of retail management experience.
• Strong communication and customer selling skills.
• Energetic, results-driven, able to work weekends/evenings.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
