Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Last Mile Delivery Manager to own the end-to-end delivery experience across North America, driving on-time performance and customer satisfaction for dealers, aftermarket accounts, and ecommerce buyers.

You will lead daily operations across multiple channels, hold carriers accountable through scorecards and SLAs, and partner with procurement to optimize contracts. A senior, customer-focused leader with data-driven approach is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in transportation, last mile delivery, or logistics operations.
• Proven track record of on-time performance and accountability of partners.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across dealers, customers, and leadership.
• Experience managing multiple delivery flows and channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery experience for dealers, aftermarket customers, and ecommerce buyers.
• Drive on-time performance across all delivery flows and lead rapid root-cause resolution.
• Escalation point for service failures; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Build relationships with dealer networks and the Dealer Guild to represent customer voice.
• Manage daily delivery execution across OE, aftermarket, circular economy, AER, ecommerce.
• Monitor dispatch, routing, and delivery status in real time; resolve exceptions.
• Coordinate with carriers, LLPs, and regional networks for daily/seasonal demand.
• Collaborate with warehouse, dispatch, and inventory to minimize delays.
• Enforce SLAs across LLPs and carriers; conduct performance reviews.
• Own carrier OTP, EPOD, and claims metrics; drive improvement plans.
• Interface with purchasing to negotiate contracts and terms with carriers.
• Benchmark performance against best practices; pursue innovations and cost savings.
• Partner with IAM and TMS/YMS teams to modernize tools and data visibility.
• Use data and Power BI dashboards to guide decisions and report to leadership.
