Job Summary

The Customer Mobility Consultant delivers personalized commute planning and high‑touch concierge support to students, employees, UK HealthCare staff, and visitors. The consultant owns the campus commute advisory experience end‑to‑end: staffing orientations and advising events, curating a self‑service knowledge base, identifying trends and pain points, and recommending service and policy improvements that increase utilization and satisfaction. While the position has no supervisory responsibility, it exercises programmatic leadership across stakeholders and serves as a subject‑matter expert for the Transportation Services customer experience.
