Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Communication: Notify stakeholders about account changes promptly.
• SLA Adherence: Process daily data requests within SLA windows.
• Reporting & Projects: Support data reporting and special Customer Master projects.
• System Usage: Execute master data tasks in SAP or ERP systems and MS Office.
