Job summary

Letter AI, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Customer Marketing & Community Manager to build and scale programs that turn customers into a growth engine.

You will own execution of the customer marketing strategy and cultivate a thriving Letter customer community for learning, sharing best practices, and engagement. You will develop repeatable programs for reviews, case studies, and testimonials, collaborate across Success and Sales, and run events and co-marketing initiatives to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or community, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record turning customer relationships into marketing assets (reviews, case studies, testimonials).
• Experience designing/running a customer advisory board, community, or similar program.

Responsibilities

• Own Letter AI’s customer marketing strategy and engagement with valuable customer relationships.
• Build and manage the customer community, programming, content, and engagement to keep customers active.
• Plan events, webinars, and partnerships to deepen relationships and advocacy.
