Job summary

Listen Labs, Inc. is hiring a Founding Customer Marketing Lead to build a customer community for one of the fastest-growing AI companies in customer understanding.

You’ll own the customer community from the ground up, creating memorable experiences through events, networking, peer learning, and customer storytelling. This Senior/Lead IC role emphasizes high ownership and the chance to shape a reference program that informs enterprise conversations.

Qualifications

• Min. 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer marketing, community, advocacy, lifecycle, field/customer programs, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow Listen’s customer community across our key personas.
• Create a community experience that feels genuinely valuable through events, networking, peer learning, and programming.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and understand what makes them excited about Listen and customer understanding.
• Identify customers who are excited to share their experiences and help them share in credible, useful ways.
• Design customer-facing experiences with our events team—intimate events, dinners, webinars, panels, and community rituals.
• Partner with Sales to build and manage a customer reference program for enterprise conversations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to gauge sentiment, identify advocates, and create value-driven programs.
