Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Conyers, GA is seeking a mid-shift Driver Manager (Customer Logistics Manager) for our Supply Chain Solutions division. The role oversees day-to-day operations, reports to leadership, and drives operational and account management goals. Salary is $70,000 with benefits.

Schedule is Tue–Sat, 12:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m. with potential extra hours during peak season. Ryder offers benefits, 401(k) with match, stock options, and generous PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required.
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required.
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations advanced required.
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components intermediate required.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required.
