The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff performance, and account management within a fast-paced, 24/7 customer environment. You will lead a team of drivers and coordinators, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, optimize schedules, and deliver superior service while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain preferred.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and staffing for exempt and non-exempt employees.
