Job summary

Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Customer Logistics Coordinator to act as the essential link between customers, carriers, and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely shipments.

In this role you will schedule pickups and deliveries, manage inventory transactions in WMS and customer portals, and provide responsive, professional service to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, customer service, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to meet customer requirements.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and carrier appointments with timely communication.
• Enter and maintain order, inventory, and shipment information in WMS and customer systems.
• Monitor shipment progress and communicate delays or changes to customers and stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
• Create and maintain customer orders to support warehouse operations.
