Findlay Tall Timbers Distribution Center is seeking a Customer Logistics Coordinator to serve as the main contact for customers, carriers, and warehouse ops. You will coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, schedule pickups/deliveries, manage orders, monitor inventory, and keep systems updated for accuracy and efficiency.

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and customer portal.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups, deliveries, carrier appointments, and load-status updates.
• Enter, maintain, and verify customer orders, inventory transactions, and shipping information in WMS and customer systems.
• Communicate shipment status, scheduling changes, and resolutions to customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Consult with customers about shipping needs and provide practical solutions that meet requirements.
• Create customer orders for warehouse fulfillment and collaborate with warehouse staff to complete requests.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, and support ASNs.
• Monitor customer inventory and follow inventory-control procedures.
• Use customer portals to provide complete shipping and operational information.
• Coordinate daily activities with supervisor and escalate urgent issues.
• Maintain organized records and a clean work area.
• Follow SOPs and safety requirements; perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and customer portal.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including pickups, deliveries, carrier appointments, and load-status updates.
• Enter, maintain, and verify customer orders, inventory transactions, and shipping information accurately and on time in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and customer systems.
• Communicate shipment status, scheduling changes, service issues, and resolutions to customers, carriers, supervisors, and internal teams.
• Consult with customers about shipping needs and recommend practical solutions that meet service and operational requirements.
• Create customer orders for warehouse fulfillment and collaborate with warehouse personnel to complete requests accurately.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), and provide support and follow-up for Advance Shipping Notifications (ASNs).
• Monitor customer inventory; research inventory inquiries; and follow established shipment, depletion, and inventory-control procedures.
• Use customer portals to provide complete, accurate shipping and operational information.
• Coordinate daily activities with coworkers and the direct supervisor and escalte urgent or complex issues appropriately.
• Maintain organized records and a clean, orderly work area.
• Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and customer-specific instructions.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Experience using a WMS, customer portals, or similar logistics systems preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer functions, email, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.

• Excellent organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and remain calm while resolving time-sensitive issues in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound judgment, customer-service focus, and the ability to collaborate with customers, carriers, warehouse employees, and leadership.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
• Ability to occasionally lift office supplies or storage boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to walk throughout the warehouse and occasionally climb, crouch, or kneel as operational needs require.
• Ability to perform essential duties safely and effectively in an office and warehouse setting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work is primarily performed indoors in an office setting with frequent interaction in an active warehouse.
• The role requires working near other employees, moving equipment, heavy machinery, and stored products.
• Noise levels may range from moderate to high.
• Employees must follow all site safety requirements while working in or moving through warehouse areas.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday,3:00pm - 11:30pm

Pay and Benefits:

• $19.00/hr + $0.75 Shift Differential
• 401(k) with strong company match
