• Monitor delivery performance and report delays or abnormal situations.
• Follow operational procedures and reporting standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of DOT Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Provide timely service updates and reports to customers.
• Document all communications accurately.

• 1st Shift | 8 AM - 4 PM
• 2nd Shift | 4 PM - 12 AM
