You will build a customer base through sales, loan extensions and merchant referrals, with success based on customer experience, business generation, compliance, monthly goals and accuracy.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED; 0–2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision; excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; process verifications and loan actions.
• Approve loans up to limits, complete closings, and handle account activities including collections communications.
• Prepare reports, records and documentation; operate cash drawer and process deposits; maintain branch records.
• Actively market all branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
