We are looking for a Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our Fleet Optimization Solutions (FOS) team, supporting marine customers. FOS is a digital platform that connects ships, shore, and ports to enhance operational efficiency, reduce fuel consumption, and minimize environmental impact through AI, automation, and real-time data sharing.

This position is based in either Fort Lauderdale, FL or Melbourne, FL. We offer the possibility of hybrid work.

As a Customer Lifecycle Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring successful onboarding for customers.
  • Managing the customer's smooth transition from customer delivery projects to lifecycle contracts (annual, service level, subscription-based).
  • Managing customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for additional sales.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing updates and follow-up.
  • Coordinating between stakeholder teams to ensure commitments are delivered on time.
  • Capturing customer needs and offering suitable solutions through service agreements.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • BSc. / MSc. in Business & Management or Engineering & Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Project Manager, or Product Manager.
  • Experience with digital applications/solutions such as Fleet Management systems in the maritime industry is a strong advantage.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with effective relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to implement new operational models for agreement-based business.
  • Ability to manage multiple agreements and customer relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination skills.

Some travel (approximately 20%) is required to meet with customers around the world. Applicants should be prepared for this travel requirement.
