Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years in consumer or customer experience, journey mapping, service design, process improvement, or a related function.
• 4+ years preferred with exposure to customer lifecycle management, digital experience, subscriptions, or e‑commerce.

Aufgaben

• Map current and future state journey maps across key consumer lifecycle stages.
• Synthesize feedback, behavior, and metrics into prioritized recommendations and briefs.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional partners to align roadmaps and ownership.
• Track progress, milestones, and impact of journey initiatives.
• Work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, with occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
