You will support marketing efforts by connecting strategy, customer experience, digital engagement, and performance tracking, with cross-functional execution across Brand, Marketing Operations, Analytics and Finance teams. Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior experience not required, but high-quality work from education, internships or projects in marketing, UX, research, analytics, digital marketing or related areas is expected.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to organize, structure, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable outputs.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of marketing performance dashboards and contribute to reporting and insights generation with Marketing Operations and Analytics teams.
• Analyze campaign and digital performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Develop customer journeys across digital and customer-facing channels, aligning content, campaigns, and experiences with customer needs and business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, digital engagement, conversion, and marketing effectiveness.
• Assist in coordinating brand planning activities, including timelines, documentation, and cross-team alignment.
• Support adoption of AI-enabled marketing tools and processes that improve efficiency, targeting, and personalization.
• Help ensure content is structured and optimized for customer engagement and AI-driven search and discovery experiences.
