Qualifications

• 3-5 years in customer experience insights or research role.
• Experience navigating cross-functional environments with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with multiple data sources (customer feedback, market research, behavioral data, etc.) and both quantitative and qualitative research.

Responsibilities

• Understand and access the various sources of customer and marketplace data.
• Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence and customer intelligence into data-centered stories.
• Build clear deliverables (dashboards, reports, scorecards, presentations) and communicate findings with business implications.
• Collaborate across the CX & Insights team to weave data, findings and narrative insights into outputs.
• Apply sound research methods and quality standards to ensure trustworthy insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments to understand business and research needs.
