Job summary

ENGIE North America Inc. seeks a Data Analytics Senior to help improve operational performance by delivering data-driven insights and building tools that track key processes.

You will partner with Customer Care, Collections, Revenue Management, Sales and Pricing to understand performance trends and support business decisions. You will develop and maintain dashboards, translate complex data into actionable takeaways, and contribute to company-wide reporting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in a business or operations-focused data role.
• Strong SQL (T-SQL or PL-SQL) and relational database experience.
• Proficiency in Power BI with a focus on dashboards, DAX and Power Query.
• Excel for analysis and reporting; Pivot Tables and Power Query preferred.
• Ability to present findings clearly in PowerPoint and to multiple audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards monitoring KPIs across Operations.
• Use SQL, Power BI, and Excel to explore data, identify trends and support decisions.
• Assist in developing and enhancing reporting tools and systems.
• Collaborate with Operations and other teams to align performance goals.
• Support ad-hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes or highlight risks using data insights.
