Job description

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Customer Integration Manager to support our Freightview platform. In this role you will help customers create value and achieve higher satisfaction through connected C.H. Robinson products via third‑party software. The role is hybrid, based in our Kansas City office with in‑office expectations of 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing/profile consultations.
• Vet feedback and determine if it is a profile, model, or data integrity issue.
• Partner with data science to identify gamification initiatives and work with account team to refine pricing strategy and approach.
• Leverage reporting and insights to drive improved outcomes.
• Work with account team to maximize rate submission and win rates.
• Provide close‑loop feedback to connectivity and TPE teams from the customers and commercial teams.
• Determine what features and bugs to prioritize with the bot’s development team.
• Use data to identify which customers to onboard onto TMS platforms.
• Determine, based on data, which TMSs/ERPs to build bots for.
• Advise account teams on pricing profile set‑up as customers are onboarded to bots.
• Partner with development teams to build processes for onboarding customers to routing guide integrations with TMS/ERPs.
• Drive improved digital connections with customers and increase visibility to customer activities and win rates.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Preferred: Minimum 5 years of experience with customer interactions.
• Familiarity with CHR’s systems, business model, and customer dynamics (e.g., accessorial, customer requirements).

Compensation

Base pay range: $66,900.00 – $105,800.00. The base pay within this range is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Variable compensation is not included.
