What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with school administrators to set up courses in a timely and professional manner
- Facilitate virtual meetings with professors to review the integration of Achieve courses with their school's learning management system
- Maintain outstanding attention to detail and ask clarifying questions to minimize data processing errors
- Navigate internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Slack, Google Sheets) accurately and efficiently
- Follow process documentation to guide customers through detailed steps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Superior organization and time management skills
- Ability to balance multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Extraordinary customer service skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a high school teacher is desirable
- Previous experience incorporating digital education materials into a high school classroom
- Enjoy solving puzzles and finding patterns
- Experience with the Salesforce Lightning environment is a plus
- Familiarity with Clever and/or ClassLink rostering systems is desirable
