Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader to drive strategic transformations in Utilities customer service, blending human-centered design with data-driven insights and AI-enabled capabilities. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and deliver end-to-end roadmaps from assessment to implementation across channels and front- and back-office processes.

You will guide innovations in automation, Agentic AI, and omnichannel service, balancing customer expectations

Qualifications

10+ years in Strategy or Management consulting focused on reimagining customer service
Experience leading assessment‑to‑strategy‑to‑implementation engagements
Deep functional expertise across customer service domains (customer & field service, CX design, operating models)
Hands-on experience with AI and conversational design for CX roadmaps

Responsibilities

Lead multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, functional and technology groups
Engage client leaders, facilitate workshops, and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
Drive initiatives from assessment through implementation to improve customer, operational, and financial outcomes
