Job summary

Justin Knabe - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and customers’ success. You will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs, while providing prompt and friendly service and promoting lasting customer relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

• Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
