We are seeking a Customer Marketing Associate to keep customers connected, celebrate successes, and grow relationships. You'll partner with Marketing, Customer Success and Sales to run campaigns that engage customers throughout their journey with Reejig.

Qualifications

• Curiosity about customers and what they want to achieve.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organised and detail oriented with ability to track multiple accounts.
• Proactive and good at asking questions to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design and run lifecycle campaigns to engage customers at onboarding, milestones, launches, expansions, anniversaries and renewals.
• Identify customer moments and help celebrate impact with the customer.
• Communicate about products, events and thinking without spamming customers.
• Map accounts with stakeholders and flag gaps in relationships.
• Help turn customer conversations into stories, quotes and proof for marketing/sales.
• Support the sharing of customer stories across marketing, sales, PR and events.
