Job summary

Reevo, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Founding Lifecycle Marketing Leader to build lifecycle marketing from the ground up. You will own strategy, tooling, copy and results, and you’ll build most of it yourself at first, leveraging AI to accelerate outputs.

This in-office role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams across the company, with a focus on multi-channel orchestration and data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in lifecycle, email, or CRM marketing at high-growth AI or modern B2B SaaS companies.
• Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch across outbound, nurture, onboarding, and expansion.
• Deep hands-on skill with journey orchestration: segmentation, triggers, suppression logic, deliverability.
• Fluency with modern lifecycle and marketing automation tools; wiring product usage and CRM data into triggers.
• AI-native approach with examples of workflows to compress copywriting and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on activation, retention, and pipeline.
• Proven track record of structured testing across sequences, timing, and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle strategy across the full journey: map, identify gaps, and plan first builds.
• Cold outbound: own end-to-end sequencing, copy, targeting, and deliverability with Sales alignment.
• Prospect and lead nurture: build programs to move leads toward pipeline and re-engage cold leads.
• Customer onboarding: design sequences and milestones to accelerate activation rates.
• Engagement and expansion: use product and CRM data to drive communications and upsell opportunities.
• Multichannel orchestration: coordinate email, in-app, and other channels with AI-assisted optimization.
