The role focuses on developing leads, building relationships, and delivering prompt, friendly service to clients while supporting long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales preferred.
• Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding product availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
