Job summary

Gexpro Services is hiring a Customer Fulfillment Representative in Wamego, KS. The role serves as the interface between customers and our logistics team, coordinating orders and ensuring timely fulfillment.

The position merges customer service, warehouse operations, and sales support, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience in supply chain or warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse operations including delivery scheduling and inbound/outbound processes.
• Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiries, status, and inventory checks.
• Handle sales support tasks and communicate shipping confirmations to customers.
• Use RF scanner and WMS to manage inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
