Job summary

ChoiceOne Bank in Grass Lake, MI is seeking a Teller (Non-Exempt – Grade Level 1) to join our community-focused team. You will handle transactions, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the branch with cash handling and referrals to bankers.

As part of ChoiceOne Bank, you will help maintain accuracy and confidentiality while building relationships with clients and keeping up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services.

Qualifications

• High School or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience preferred.
• This position is not remote-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide world-class customer service at the teller window.
• Balance daily cash and meet teller sale/referral goals.
• Develop relationships with clients and refer to bankers.
• Comply with Bank Secrecy Act and USA PATRIOT Act and regulations.
