Job summary

Park National Corporation in Columbus Downtown is seeking an hourly, full-time Teller to serve customers promptly and professionally, process transactions accurately, and protect bank assets by following procedures.

You will develop product knowledge, assist customers with deposits and referrals, participate in training, and deliver high-quality service within Park Promises and Serving More standards. The schedule supports 37.5–40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years prior cash handling, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to operate a computer and adhere to bank procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and bank associates promptly and professionally according to Park Promises and Serving More standards.
• Process transactions timely and accurately per bank procedures.
• Refer loan and deposit customers to subject matter experts.
• Maintain awareness of compliance and risk management policies and apply them daily.
• Deliver high level service within Serving More standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
