Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for banking transactions.
• Answer customer inquiries and problems with solutions meeting current needs.
• Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM.
• Follow compliance, regulations and reporting, and protect customer privacy.
• Assist with opening and/or closing banking center.
• Sell bank products and make customer referrals in a high-performing sales environment.
