The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a busy branch environment. Typical hours include some Saturdays and overtime as needed, with strong team support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Provide basic account services (deposits/withdrawals) at the Hazelwood branch.
• Deliver exceptional member service in person, phone, chat, and email.
• Balance cash drawer accurately and diligently.
• Identify member needs and cross-sell products to meet branch goals.
• Follow teller workflows and maintain confidentiality.
• Attend branch meetings and participate in community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Process daily member transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Balance cash drawer consistently and reconcile when needed.
