Job summary

Rivermark Community Credit Union is seeking a Teller to handle member transactions with accuracy and courtesy. You will learn and apply our product knowledge to assist members and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include deposits, withdrawals, endorsements, and handling currency with care, while maintaining a positive member experience and supporting branch operations on Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in customer service, cashiering, and/or a financial institution.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work branch hours, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Providing prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service to members while processing their transactions.
• Receiving checks and cash for deposit, verifying the amount and examining checks for proper endorsements.
• Responding effectively to member requests, problems, and complaints.
• Understanding credit union products and services thoroughly and discussing features and benefits.
