Responsibilities

• Deepen relationships and guide customers to financial needs and solutions.
• Provide follow up to customer questions and address issues.
• Be responsive and timely with correspondence to maintain clear communication.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and trust.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain balancing records in line with policy; correct outages and seek help as needed.
• Keep up to date on bank policies and procedures.
• Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally and escalate when needed.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in decision making and problem resolution.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer to Bankers and partners for consultative conversations.
• Build knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
• Use tools for tracking referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
