Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; 3.0 GPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and professionally.
• Handle transactions accurately: deposits, withdrawals, and check endorsements.
• Accept loan payments, issue money orders, cashier checks, and foreign currency.
• Process transactions within authorized limits; obtain supervisor approvals as needed.
• Provide product knowledge to assist customers with banking needs.
• Perform other duties as required by the position.
