Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a new accounts representative or similar banking role.
• Sales-oriented with ability to identify customer needs and suggest banking products.
• Proficient with computers and basic bank systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities for in-person and phone interactions.

Responsibilities

• Develops a full customer banking relationship by consulting with customers to review and expand their banking relationships.
• Provides superior customer service by welcoming clients and assisting with banking products and services.
• Opens personal and business deposit accounts (checking, savings, IRA, CDs, money market).
• Accepts loan applications for lines of credit and other products.
• Collects identification and inputs data into bank systems.
• Orders checks and issues ATM/VISA cards per procedure.
• Handles customer transactions and supports teller staff as needed.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as required.
