Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a Teller to manage daily teller transactions at our branch. You will deliver outstanding client service and build relationships by recognizing referral opportunities for additional products and services.

The role involves processing deposits, loan payments, cashing checks, and handling currency, with the opportunity to upsell banking products. Strong math, communication, and confidentiality are essential in a customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Experience in a cash handling role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash checks, and handle night and mail deposits.
• Answer clients' questions in person and by telephone.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer clients to bankers.
• Record activities and referrals to business partners using 360View.
• Maintain cash drawer and ensure accurate currency handling.
