Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to security and compliance protocols.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new tellers and support team members.
