Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing & Cash Handling including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
• Open new accounts and complete complex account maintenance requests; provide referrals to other business lines.
• Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution; maintain accurate records and adhere to policies.
