Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Processing monetary transactions, including logging checks and preparing transaction reports.
• Counting and packaging currency.
• Reconciliation of cash drawers.
• Opening new accounts and assisting with loan applications.
• Promoting the credit union's products and services.
• Keeping members' personal information confidential.
• Communicating effectively with team members.
