Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers choose tech products and services that fit their needs. You’ll learn product details, perform demos, and assist with purchases, returns and exchanges in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll engage customers warmly, support in-store pickup, and maintain a well-stocked floor. The role requires 3 months of retail experience and a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
