Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers find the right tech products and services. You’ll be trained to confidently recommend solutions tailored to each person’s needs and to deliver excellent service across departments.

In this role you’ll welcome customers, perform demos, handle cashier duties, and participate in ongoing training. A flexible schedule is required, including holidays, nights and weekends, within a part-time position.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
