Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of our stores, helping customers select the right tech products and services. You’ll learn our systems and product lines to confidently guide shoppers and drive sales.

You will greet customers, demonstrate products, handle cashier duties, and assist with in-store and curbside pickups. A 3-month retail-related background and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn and develop product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations across departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store and curbside pickup orders.
