Job summary

Best Buy is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to be the face of the store, assisting customers with product recommendations, demos, and purchases. You’ll learn tech products and services to meet each customer’s needs.

The role involves welcoming customers, performing demos, handling cashier duties, and supporting curbside and in-store pickup. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Perform product demos, answer questions and make recommendations that meet customers’ needs across all departments
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns and exchanges
• Maintain appropriate knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders
