Job summary

Loop Neighborhood Market is seeking team members to support station operations across all shifts. You will interact with customers, balance the register, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while providing best-in-class service.

We offer full-time and part-time roles across first, second, or third shifts, with opportunities to grow within the organization and develop essential retail skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule as needed.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management on store operations quickly.
• Ability to read, understand, and write in English.
• Perform basic math including proper calculation of change.

Responsibilities

• Managing the cash register throughout the shift, ensuring balance and fast, accurate service.
• Stocking products and keeping the store clean and professional.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment in-store and surrounding property.
• Troubleshooting and resolving car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports as per company guidelines.
• Cross-sell/store products to boost sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Additional duties as assigned.
