Job summary

Loop Neighborhood is hiring team members for all three shifts in a fast-paced convenience store environment. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock products, and ensure a clean store and car wash area.

The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with growth potential and a focus on safety and teamwork. The team member will engage with customers, uphold company values, and contribute to store profitability while maintaining high standards of service and store

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule required to cover first, second and third shifts.
• Must be able to read/write English and communicate with management.
• Basic math for cash handling and reconciliation.
• Ability to validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash register during shift and keep money balanced.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, professional store appearance.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors, and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly environment on-site.
• Troubleshoot car wash issues and complete shift reports.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
