Loop Neighborhood Market in California is seeking energetic team members for all levels, including entry level. You will engage with customers, handle the register, stock shelves, and help keep a clean, safe store environment across all shifts.

We offer both full-time and part-time roles across first, second, and third shifts, with room to grow within the organization. A customer-centered approach and teamwork are core to our success.

Formación

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with management.
• Read, understand and write in English.
• Perform basic math including change calculations.
• Validate identification for tobacco/alcohol where required.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Managing the cash register during the shift, keeping funds balanced and assisting customers quickly.
• Stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and professional at all times.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service to customers, vendors and staff.
• Maintain a clean, customer-friendly store and surrounding area.
• Troubleshoot and resolve car wash issues as needed.
• Prepare shift reports following company guidelines.
• Cross-sell and upsell store products to increase sales.
• Escalate high-priority issues to the manager.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
